Definitely one of the most famous Italian dishes all over the world.
We prepare it as you would at home…. The very delicate béchamel with a beef-only slightly spicy Bolognese sauce, coarse and porous egg lasagne, and as dictated by Emilian tradition topped with the ever-present sprinkling of Grana Padano PDO cheese.
Method of preparation
In the microwave: Heat at 800 W for 6 minutes. DO NOT REMOVE THE FILM.
In the traditional oven: Remove the film, then bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 25 minutes.
Store at a temperature of: -18°C. Once the product is defrosted, it cannot be frozen again and should be kept in the fridge and eaten within 24 hours.
