Braised beef in barolo wine with polenta


A regional recipe featuring one of the delicacies of Italian food and wine: the Barolo wine.
You’ll be amazed by the succulence and tenderness of the cut of prime beef, and by its slow and meticulous cooking.

Method of preparation

In the microwave: Heat at 800 W for 6 minutes. DO NOT REMOVE THE FILM.

In the traditional oven: Remove the film, then bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 25 minutes.

Storage conditions

Store at a temperature of: -18°C. Once the product is defrosted, it cannot be frozen again and should be kept in the fridge and eaten within 24 hours.
