Orecchiette with turnip greens


Prepared according to the Apulian tradition: olive oil, garlic, turnip greens, salted anchovies and a pinch of chilli pepper. Delicious.

Method of preparation

In the microwave: Heat at 800 W for 5 minutes. DO NOT REMOVE THE FILM.

In the pan: Remove the film and pour the contents into the pan. Heat over medium heat with a small amount of oil and a cup of water for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Storage conditions

Store at a temperature of: -18°C. Once the product is defrosted, it cannot be frozen again and should be kept in the fridge and eaten within 24 hours.
