Redfish with chickpeas and zucchini
Redfish, chickpeas, zucchini and extra virgin olive oil. Few ingredients for a light dish, great for those who follow a healthy diet and don’t want to give up on taste.
Method of preparation
In the microwave: Heat at 800 W for 5 minutes. DO NOT REMOVE THE FILM.
In the traditional oven: Remove the film, then bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 18 minutes.
Store at a temperature of: -18°C. Once the product is defrosted, it cannot be frozen again and should be kept in the fridge and eaten within 24 hours.
