Risotto with mushrooms and porcini
Carnaroli rice perfectly cooked al dente featuring a delicious creaminess and a very pleasant scent of the forest. Porcini mushroom lovers won’t be disappointed by this risotto, cooked according to tradition, using only fresh and genuine ingredients.
Method of preparation
In the microwave: Heat at 800 W for 5 minutes. DO NOT REMOVE THE FILM.
In the pan: Remove the film and pour the contents into the pan. Heat over medium heat with a small amount of oil and a cup of water for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Store at a temperature of: -18°C. Once the product is defrosted, it cannot be frozen again and should be kept in the fridge and eaten within 24 hours.
