Sicilian style swordfish rolls
A tribute to the Mediterranean…
This soft, flavourful, and delicious roll combines fresh swordfish cooked to perfection with capers, sweet tomatoes, and extra virgin olive oil.
Method of preparation
In the microwave: Heat at 800 W for 4 minutes. DO NOT REMOVE THE FILM.
In the traditional oven: Remove the film, then bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 18 minutes.
Store at a temperature of: -18°C. Once the product is defrosted, it cannot be frozen again and should be kept in the fridge and eaten within 24 hours.
