Squids with chives
This recipe is a creation by grandma Evelina and has been served in our restaurant since the early 90’s. The original and delicate flavour is obtained by combining the tender texture of the squid, creamy texture of the sauce, smoked hint of brandy and aroma of chives.
Method of preparation
In the microwave: Heat at 800 W for 5 minutes. DO NOT REMOVE THE FILM.
In the pan: Remove the film and pour the contents into the pan. Heat over medium heat with a small amount of oil and a cup of water for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Store at a temperature of: -18°C. Once the product is defrosted, it cannot be frozen again and should be kept in the fridge and eaten within 24 hours.
