Cod fish with polenta
Each region cooks it slightly differently, over the years it has been reinterpreted endless times.
We have interpreted it in our own way… white, creamy and delicate.
Method of preparation
In the microwave: Heat at 800 W for 6 minutes. DO NOT REMOVE THE FILM.
In the traditional oven: Remove the film, then bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 25 minutes.
Store at a temperature of: -18°C. Once the product is defrosted, it cannot be frozen again and should be kept in the fridge and eaten within 24 hours.
